Client in Los Angeles is seeking a Client Services Specialist to work onsite

Job Title : Client Services Specialist

Pay : $50k - $55k base salary

Duration : Direct / Permanent Hire

Job Description : The Client Services Specialist assists customers with their banking needs by opening accounts, processing transactions, and cross-selling bank products. This role requires excellent customer service, problem-solving, and operational skills to ensure a positive customer experience while adhering to bank policies and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Open new consumer and business accounts accurately and efficiently.
• Assist customers with inquiries, problem resolution, and product selection.
• Process teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and ATM balancing.
• Maintain compliance with legal documentation and banking regulations.
• Perform clerical tasks (filing, scanning, copying) and answer general phone inquiries.
