Ultimate Staffing is hiring for a Compliance Administrator (Motor-Carrier Compliance) in Baltimore, Maryland! Key Responsibilities
- Maintain compliance requirements related to TSA, OSHA, DOT, FMCSA
- Update excel files to input and maintain accurate information
- Maintain expiration dates, equipment and vehicle inspections, vehicle and driver registration requirements, driver files, EC-Pass
- Use Samsara telematics system, GPS tracking, video monitoring
- Monthly reporting and administrative support to different departments and leaders
- Review timelines and anticipate compliance requirements in order to keep processes running smoothly
Qualifications
- Attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively, think critically, and problem-solve
- Experience with Samsara or Whiparound would be great, but isn't required
- Industry experience is preferred but not required - Transportation, freight-forwarding, motor-carrier, or warehousing compliance experience is preferred but not required, experience with vehicle or driver compliance would be ideal
- Recent experience working in an administrative or office position with compliance-related responsibilities
- Must be comfortable working in MS Excel and using different types of software systems
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy
- Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information
Position Details
- This is an in-person position in the Halethorpe area of Baltimore
- Full time, standard 40 hour workweek, salaried, starting between 8 and 9 am
- Salary will depend on experience, starting at 60-65k with potential flexibility depending on relevance and stability of experience
