Corporate Recruiter - $60-70k/yr.

Are you a motivated recruiter with a passion for connecting top talent with the right opportunities? We're looking for a dynamic professional to join our clients team and help build a strong workforce in the construction industry.

• Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract skilled professionals for roles in project management, estimating, administration, and more.
• Source, engage, and interview candidates through job boards, networking, and industry-specific channels.
• Build a robust talent pipeline to meet both immediate and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment efforts with business goals.
• Manage the entire hiring process, from job postings and candidate outreach to interview coordination, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
• Ensure hiring practices comply with company policies and labor laws.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruitment data using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to strengthen employer branding.
• Stay informed on hiring trends, labor market shifts, and best practices in recruitment.
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience with clear communication and timely updates.
  
  

• At least 6 months of recruiting experience is required.
• Prior experience in construction recruitment is a big plus.
• National recruiting experience is highly preferred, as this role supports hiring across multiple locations
