Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Customer Account Representative to join a large facilities management company in Irvine, CA! This role pays up to $22 / hour and offers a hybrid work schedule opportunity after 60 days, based on performance. Responsibilities :
- Provide excellent customer service by managing client communications and work orders.
- Build professional relationships with clients and subcontractors, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Dispatch work orders and track their status to meet customer expectations.
- Update records in the workflow system and generate reports on schedules and completion dates.
- Oversee inspections by obtaining purchase orders, dispatching tasks, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Request proposals for repairs or services to address issues.
- Ensure timely submission of inspection reports, invoices, and paperwork.
- Work with account managers to review call analyses and provide status updates.
