Our client is based out of Tarpon Springs and is seeking a Customer Solutions Representative to take inbound calls answering patient's questions on their medical bills.
Qualifications & Job Duties :
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards patients at all times.
- Strong communication and customer support skills.
- Work with patients to answer questions and resolve any potential billing issues.
- Knowledgeable in medical terminology and billing is preferred
- Understands Medical insurance, deductibles, copay, and coinsurance
- Must have computer skills
Pay Rate : $18 -$20 / Hour
