As a key point of contact, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent service, resolving inquiries, and supporting the team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product / service information, order status, and troubleshooting.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and warranty claims accurately.
- Maintain customer records and update account information in the system.
- Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Provide product recommendations and upsell services when appropriate.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Track customer feedback and report insights to management for process improvement.
- Ensure all customer interactions comply with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a positive, enthusiastic, and helpful attitude at all times.
