**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented customer service professional to assist with order processing, coordination of shipments, and collaboration with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding order status, shipping details, and product availability.
- Process customer orders accurately in the company's ERP or order management system.
- Handle customer complaints and provide prompt resolution to ensure satisfaction.
Shipping & Logistics Coordination:
- Coordinate with the shipping and warehouse teams to schedule and track shipments.
- Communicate with freight carriers and logistics providers to arrange transport and resolve delivery issues.
- Ensure all shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs paperwork, is accurate and complete.
- Monitor and track shipment progress, providing updates to customers as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with production, warehouse, and sales teams to align customer requirements with operational schedules.
- Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and suggesting reorders when needed.
- Support efforts to streamline shipping and logistics processes to improve efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
- 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Familiarity with shipping processes, logistics coordination, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
