Overview :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Fleet Data Analyst to manage and optimize our fleet's data systems and processes. This role requires a proactive individual who can quickly adapt to dynamic tasks and contribute to enhancing fleet efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Data Management :
- Update and verify vehicle information, including insurance coverage and GPS tracking details.
- Revise mileage logs, service schedules, and maintenance records.
- Manage gas card systems, ensuring all assigned locations are up-to-date.
- Identify vehicles for sales and ensure proper data entry into systems.
- Fleet Optimization :
- Track and analyze fleet data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure timely scheduling of vehicle services.
- System Updates :
- Ensure all systems and records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Implement and manage software solutions, including Geotab (GPS tracking and maintenance scheduling) and Wex (gas card systems).
