Data Entry Specialist - Contract

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry professional to join their client's team in Portland, OR. This is a contract position specifically supporting the purchasing team with essential data entry tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy, ensuring the seamless flow of information within the organization.

• Perform data entry tasks to support the purchasing team.
• Ensure all data entries are accurate and up-to-date.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining electronic files related to purchasing.
• Collaborate with the purchasing team to address any data discrepancies or issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all data handled.
• Provide support for additional administrative tasks as needed.
  
  

• Previous experience in data entry or related field preferred, working with purchase orders and invoices
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in using computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This contract position offers competitive compensation at a fixed rate of $22.00 per hour.
