Dispatcher Position Overview
Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Dispatcher to join their client's growing team in Denver. As the first point of contact for customers, this role is crucial in managing incoming calls, processing service requests, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and locksmith technicians. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong customer service background who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage and process email service requests promptly.
- Coordinate and dispatch locksmith technicians using Tigerpaw Dispatch CRM.
- Handle invoicing and maintain accurate service records.
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Excel to manage schedules and reports.
- Act as the central hub for communication between customers, technicians, and the office team.
- Prior experience in customer service, administrative support, or client service specialist roles preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook & Excel; experience with Tigerpaw Dispatch CRM is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and professional approach.
Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
