Graphic Designer & Marketing Manager

Position Title : Graphic Designer & Communications Manager

Hours : M-F 8am-4 : 30pm

Location : 100% in-office

Key Responsibilities :

• Design print and digital marketing materials such as brochures, eblasts, flyers, social media graphics, reports, presentations, event signage, and annual publications.
• Ensure consistent visual identity and branding across all platforms (print, digital, and social media).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create materials that align with the organization's mission and campaign goals.
• Write and edit engaging, clear, and concise copy for marketing materials, blog posts, social media, and internal communications.
• Proofread and edit design work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and proper grammar.
• Review pre-press materials and other content to ensure they meet production standards and reflect the brand voice.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is upheld.
• Collaborate with colleagues to brainstorm and execute campaigns from concept to completion.
• Lead the development and upkeep of the organization's visual identity, including logos, color schemes, typography, and style guides.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and effectively communicates our mission.
