The HR Business Partner will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with our company's values, vision, and business objectives. This role will collaborate closely with leaders across various business units, providing expert guidance on HR practices, employee relations, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will be adept at fostering a positive workplace culture, driving engagement, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic HR Partnership :
- Execute HR strategies aligned with our company's goals and values.
- Collaborate with business unit leaders and cross-functional HRBPs to ensure consistent HR practices company-wide.
- Provide proactive HR guidance to management on workforce planning, restructuring, and succession planning.
- Employee Relations & Talent Management :
- Manage complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and recommending solutions.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to attract and hire top talent.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, and career development.
- Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, productivity, and retention.
- Compliance & Policy Management :
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; consult with legal counsel as necessary.
- Manage leaves of absence, including FMLA, and provide guidance on HR policies and benefit-related inquiries.
- Develop and interpret employment contracts for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
- Training & Development :
- Identify training needs within business units and collaborate on the development of programs.
- Evaluate and monitor training initiatives to ensure objectives are met and drive continuous improvement.
- HR Data & Metrics :
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop targeted solutions, policies, and programs.
- Collaborate with functional leaders to troubleshoot issues and drive data-informed decision-making.
