Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Bilingual HR Generalist to join our client's team. This position requires a motivated individual who is ready to take on a variety of human resources responsibilities and provide exceptional support to the team.
Responsibilities:
- Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
- Facilitate the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws.
- Conduct training and development programs for employees to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and staff.
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports and analyze data to assist in decision-making and strategic planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in a human resources role.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be Bilingual; Spanish and English: Written and Spoken
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems.
8:00AM - 5:00PM Monday - Friday
