Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their client's team in Tualatin, OR. This role is designed for individuals with at least 3 years of solid and progressive experience in payroll, leave administration, safety/workers compensation, and employee relations. This is ideal for candidates who are passionate about supporting HR functions and are looking for a full-time opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Manage and administer payroll processes ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Oversee leave administration, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- Implement and monitor safety and workers' compensation programs to promote a safe working environment.
- Handle employee relations matters with professionalism, ensuring a positive workplace culture.
- Provide support to the swing shift from Monday to Thursday by staying until about 5:30 or 6:00 PM.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of progressive HR experience in payroll, leave administration, safety/workers compensation, and employee relations.
- Certifications: SHRM or PHR a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and ADP
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Required Work Hours
Monday through Friday, with a later start time to support the swing shift, ensuring coverage until about 5:30 or 6:00 PM.

Pay Range: $25 - $40 per hour DOE
