Key Responsibilities
- This role is responsible for all HR functions, reporting directly to the executive team
- Manage all processes related to recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and compliance
- Work directly in the HRIS system to pull and analyze reports
- Direct all benefits administration, leave programs, answering questions related to benefits and open enrollment
- Make sure timesheets and payroll are processed correctly, resolve any discrepancies
- Employee relations, performance reviews, terminations and investigations
- Respond to HR inquiries and assist with communication of employee requests
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Qualifications
- Experience with Paycom is a plus, but HRIS systems experience is required
- Experience working with different HR Functions including employee relations, benefits administration, recruiting and talent acquisition, training and development, compensation, onboarding and orientation
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- The ideal candidate should be proficient in office software and possess excellent communication skills
Compensation
- This is a direct hire position with salary range of 80-90k depending on experience
- This is an in-office position
