Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator
Compensation: $26-27/hr DOE

They are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support their team. This role is integral to managing essential HR functions, including payroll processing, benefits administration, leave management, and recruitment.
- Payroll Administration:
- Accurately process payroll using ADP, ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
- Address and resolve payroll-related issues promptly.
- Benefits Administration:
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and additional ancillary benefits.
- Facilitate open enrollment and respond to employee inquiries about benefits.
- Leave Management:
- Administer employee leave programs such as FMLA, disability, and other leave policies.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Recruitment:
- Support the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Assist with onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- HR Compliance and Support:
- Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Help update and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Serve as a resource for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR matters.
- Employee Relations:
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Address employee concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR, including payroll processing, benefits administration, leave management, and recruitment.
- Proficiency in ADP payroll systems is required.
- Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
