Human Resources Manager

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join their client's dynamic team in Florida. This supervisory position is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to lead and develop a team while ensuring the smooth operation of all HR functions within the organization.

• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Managing the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
• Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Maintaining pay plan and benefits program.
• Handling employee relations, including grievances, demands, and other issues.
• Supervising the HR team to ensure efficient operation and successful completion of HR objectives.
• Collaborating with department managers to develop and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and performance.
  
  

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• Proven working experience as an HR manager or other HR executive.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Experience setting up ESOP (employees stock options plans) and or retirement plans for employees
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Experience in leading and managing a team of HR professionals.
  
  

Monday to Friday, 1st shift.

Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000 annually and is a supervisory role.
