Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join their client's dynamic team in Florida. This supervisory position is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to lead and develop a team while ensuring the smooth operation of all HR functions within the organization.
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Managing the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
- Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Maintaining pay plan and benefits program.
- Handling employee relations, including grievances, demands, and other issues.
- Supervising the HR team to ensure efficient operation and successful completion of HR objectives.
- Collaborating with department managers to develop and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and performance.
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
- Proven working experience as an HR manager or other HR executive.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Experience setting up ESOP (employees stock options plans) and or retirement plans for employees
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Experience in leading and managing a team of HR professionals.
Monday to Friday, 1st shift.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000 annually and is a supervisory role.
