What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Support Manufacturing Site position at Ultimate Staffing?
Hours: 8:30am- 5:00pm Monday- Friday
Pay range: $28.00- $32.00 an hour
SUMMARY: Administers paperwork for department and employees. Assists in recruiting, payroll, benefits, audit(s), and all areas of HR.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinates corrections of bi-weekly timesheets for staff.
* Prepares new hire paperwork and inputs new hire information into the computer.
* Records employee information such as personal data, compensation, and benefits.
* Updates employee files to document personnel actions and to provide information for payroll and other uses.
* Compiles data from personnel records and prepares reports for records requests.
* Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports, analytical reporting, and tracking of issues.
* Updates Open Enrollment rates and language in the HRIS system
Assists in training employees on HR issues.
* Participates in the six-month review process as dictated by HR management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 3 years in Human Resources Coordinator/ Generalist role
- Manufacturing industry support experience
- HRIS Systems
- Payroll, benefits
