- Identify and cultivate relationships with employers to generate job openings and placement opportunities.
- Provide job seekers with guidance and support in resume preparation, interview skills, and job search strategies.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with employers and job seekers to ensure successful job placements.
- Collaborate with community organizations and partners to enhance employment opportunities for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of employer contacts and job placements in a database.
- Organize and participate in job fairs, workshops, and networking events.
- Stay updated on labor market trends and employment opportunities in the local area.
