The ideal candidate will work at a 168-unit affordable family housing community in San Jose, CA, specifically at a Tax Credit / HMMF Bond property. Responsibilities
- Assist potential tenants by providing property tours and answering questions about the leasing process.
- Ensure that all leasing paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leasing activity and tenant information.
- Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to ensure the property is well-maintained and meets all housing standards.
- Utilize knowledge of Tax Credit and HMMF Bond property requirements to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to current and prospective tenants, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
