We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Administrator for a wonder law practice in Hartford, CT. This position is ideal for individuals with some legal experience who are looking to expand their skills in a fast-paced legal environment. As a Legal Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the legal team, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. This is a temporary position that may become perm, onsite in Hartford Monday- Friday 8:30-5pm.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff
- Manage and organize legal documents, including filings, contracts, and client records
- Assist with preparing legal forms, letters, and other documents
- Schedule meetings, court dates, and appointments
- Handle communication with clients, vendors, and courts
- Assist with case management and other legal tasks as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with legal procedures and regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of legal administrative experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- High attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with legal research or case management software
- Paralegal or similar certification is a plus
