Responsibilities : The Retail Loan Funding Closer ensures the accurate and compliant disbursement of first mortgage loans. Key responsibilities include :
- Commute to Moorpark and work in office
- Reviewing and verifying executed loan closing documents for accuracy and consistency
- Ensuring compliance with company and investor policies
- Clearing Prior to Funding approval conditions
- Authorizing disbursement of funds
- Performing additional duties as assigned

Qualifications :
Previous mortgage banking experience preferred, with knowledge of the lending process
Proficient in Excel and Word
Strong attention to detail, team player, and able to work independently
Ability to deliver timely, accurate information in a fast-paced environment
Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and mathematical skills
Financial services or mortgage industry experience preferred
Strong business acumen and ability to work with executive management
