Job Description : We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Logistics / Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Fresno, CA. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, along with a solid background in manufacturing. Responsibilities include overseeing the entire supply chain process, coordinating and optimizing logistics operations, managing inventory and warehousing, and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products. The role also involves developing and implementing supply chain strategies, maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers, and continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management
- Strong background in manufacturing
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in supply chain software and tools
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
