Our client is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator - Social Media to develop and execute social media strategies that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and overall digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media channels, creating compelling content, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring alignment with the company's marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to support brand awareness and business objectives.
  • Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and TikTok.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media efforts align with overall marketing campaigns.
  • Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing strategies.
  • Engage with online communities, responding to comments and messages to foster strong audience relationships.
  • Ensure all social media content adheres to brand guidelines and company messaging.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite).
  • Strong understanding of digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics).
  • Experience managing paid social media advertising campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in content development.
