Medical Assistant (Placement)

Location: Baltimore County, MD

Job Type: Full-Time/Contract

Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians with patient exams and procedures.
• Record patient history, vital signs, and maintain medical records.
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments.
• Administer medications and vaccines as directed.
• Perform EKGs, phlebotomy, and other diagnostic tests.
• Provide patient education and support.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.

Qualifications:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA).
• Experience in clinical settings (1-2 years preferred).
• Knowledge of medical terminology and electronic health records (EHR).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, traditional doctor's office hours

Salary: Based on experience and qualifications.
