As a key member of our team at Ultimate Staffing, you will be responsible for managing product and service transfers between our company and customers. This role involves tracking inventory levels, coordinating shipping, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual who can process orders via phone or email, track inventory levels, enter order details into accounting systems, communicate with customers about order status, handle payment transactions, resolve customer concerns, and communicate with suppliers for product information.
The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, be proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and other relevant software (e.g., CRM, inventory management systems), and possess experience in e-commerce preferred.
