Order Processing Coordinator Job in Boca Raton, FL
Our client in the Boca Raton area is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator who has experience taking, creating, and processing orders for their team! The idea candidate is someone who enjoys helping others, is a great critical thinker, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a 100% on-site role and Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities of the Order Processing Coordinator:
- Process orders following various guidelines.
- Partner with sales team for new and/or open order management.
- Data entry regarding order from creation to receipt.
- Keep customers as well as internal teams informed about progress by checking work order status.
- Ad hoc. reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- At least a year of work experience
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Strong communicator in both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including MS Excel
