We are partnering with a physician-founded medical practice seeking to add a Patient Coordinator to their team onsite in Nashua, NH. If your background is heavily in creating better experiences to enhance patient satisfaction and you have a solid understanding of basic medical terminology, we want to hear from you today! Medical Assistants, LNA's, Unit Coordinators, Emergency Room Technicians, and similar roles are encouraged to apply!
SCHEDULE : Monday - Friday 5 : 00AM-1 : 00PM (Weekends required 2-3x monthly)
SALARY : $20 - $23 / hourly
LOCATION : Nashua, NH (on-site)
WHAT YOU'LL DO :
- Perform general data entry of billing codes into electronic medical record system
- Provide verification of insurance information and enter patient demographic information
- Support multiple clinical staff for scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations of appointments
- Interact and provide exceptional customer service to all patients, clinical staff, and non-clinical staff alike
