Responsibilities
- Coordinate plumbing tasks according to priorities and plans
- Communicate with Project Superintendents regarding schedules and changes
- Produce daily work schedules and monitor crew attendance
- Allocate general and daily responsibilities
- Supervise crews and workforce to ensure task completion
- Work with management to ensure adequate manpower and resources
- Follow and enforce all safety precautions and quality standards
- Supervise the use of machinery and equipment
- Monitor expenditure and cost
- Problem resolution
- Quality Control / Quality Assurance
- Plan Redlines / Markups
- Report on progress to managers
- Manager weekly labor payroll (piece pay)
- Labor Recruiting
