PPC Specialist
Our agency client is seeking a highly skilled PPC Specialist to lead and optimize their paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media advertising, with a strong analytical mindset and a proven track record of driving ROI-positive campaigns. This role requires strategic thinking, hands-on campaign management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maximize performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to enhance campaign performance.
- Implement A/B testing strategies for ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and overall campaign performance.
- Stay updated with PPC trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to ensure cutting-edge strategies.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently, allocating spend based on performance data and business goals.
- Collaborate with content, design, and SEO teams to align PPC strategies with overall marketing objectives.
- Utilize Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other tracking tools to ensure accurate data measurement and attribution.
- Identify and implement automation strategies for improved efficiency and scalability.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior PPC team members.
Requirements:
- 3 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns with significant budgets.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and paid social platforms. CURRENT CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED*****
- Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools.
- Experience with bid management, audience segmentation, and remarketing strategies.
- Analytical mindset with excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis.
- Familiarity with e-commerce PPC, lead generation, and B2B/B2C advertising.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling ad copy.
- Google Ads certification REQUIRED****
- Experience with automation scripts and AI-driven PPC tools is a plus.
