Job Description :
- 5 years of experience within the commerical construction industry
- Must be okay traveling throughout California
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans
- Budgeting and scheduling
- Ability to supervise vendors, superintendents and subcontractors
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and Bluebeam
- Ability to work up to 20 projects at any given time
- Ability to work in a team setting with a high level of organization
Pay : $100,000-$130,000 a year vehicle allowance / gas card (once approved)
