Job Title: Property Administrator
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our Commercial Real Estate Management team on a long-term temporary contract. The successful candidate will be based onsite in Irvine, near the airport.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Provide operational support to management teams and retail property portfolios, including issuing work orders, maintaining utility logs, and organizing tenant and property files.
- Financial Management: Collect and track gross sales and insurance certificates for the portfolio, code invoices, track accounts receivable, and process account payables.
- Communication and Coordination: Participate in the coordination and collection of all revenues, communicate with the accounting department to ensure accuracy of rent roll and accounts receivable, and provide additional administrative support as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of property management experience, preferably in commercial real estate.
- Strong communication (verbal and written) skills and ability to maintain contact databases.
- Experience with Yardi and Office 365 platforms is an asset, as well as proficiency in Adobe Acrobat.
- A strong focus on continuous improvement and commitment to meeting team and client expectations.
