The Ultimate Staffing Services client is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to lead and manage the proposal development process within the commercial construction sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the proposal development process to align with company strategies and client requirements.
- Oversee the preparation and delivery of proposal documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.
- Write, edit, and review proposal documents for clarity and responsiveness to RFP requirements.
- Manage proposal teams to deliver high-quality proposals on time.
- Track progress, oversee proposal timelines, and meet client expectations through open communication.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather insights for proposal content.
- Work with design teams to ensure proposals effectively support client needs.
- Demonstrate knowledge of reusable content and resources to streamline proposal preparation.
- Conduct market research to inform proposal strategy.
- Lead debriefs with team members and clients after submitting proposals.
- Assist with business development and marketing initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or similar field preferred, or minimum 3 years of direct experience.
- Strong knowledge of marketing software, word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
- Ability to apply basic algebra and geometry concepts.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Adaptable and able to inspire and motivate others.
Work Arrangements
Monday - Friday schedule.
