Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Management Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and supervising the final inspection team in performing inspections and tests on finished products.
- Oversight of all inspection processes and procedures;
- Documentation of inspection results, defective units, and punch lists;
- Development and implementation of quality control standards, policies, and procedures;
- Analysis of inspection data and generation of quality control reports;
- Coordination with manufacturing, engineering, and customer acceptance teams;
- Training of inspection staff on procedures, standards, and equipment/tools;
- Monitoring of inspection equipment calibration and maintenance;
- Liaison between inspection team and other departments, communicating quality issues and requirements.
**Requirements:** Associate's degree in quality management or related field; 5 years in inspection roles, including 2 years in a team lead capacity. Expert knowledge of inspection processes, quality control concepts, and product specifications. Proficient with inspection tools and equipment.
