Company Description
An internaitional semiconductor company with over 600 employees worldwide is seeking a Quality Control Inspector for their new North Phoenix Office. The schedule is M-F 9:30AM to 6PM, with opportunity for growth.
The company specializes in test solutions for semiconductors and this role will be responsible for the qulity control of a specific component. Experience with using fine/small tools is helpful, as well as a patient and thorugh personality.
Job Description (including but not limited to):
- Physical and Electrical inspection to ensure a healthy probe card inventory to support production committed targets.
- Work closely with probe card, process, product engineers to troubleshoot probe card-related issues.
- Assist and participate in improvement projects.
- Be able to assist in training of new probe card QC Technicians and operators.
- Recommend and execute corrective actions relating to probe card.
- Adhere to safety guidelines in the production environment and promote a safety-conscious culture.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Probe card experience is required
- Able to use microscope for prolonged periods.
- Knowledge of electronic components (resistor, capacitor, IC and diode).
- Knowledge in probe card checking, cleaning and probe pin adjustment, PRVX machine or another equivalent probe card analyzer.
- Experience in troubleshooting of probe card / electronic equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in reporting and documentation.
- Knowledge of ISO9000 requirements.
- Computer skills including Word, Excel and Microsoft Office.
