Position: Receptionist (Temp)
Hourly Rate: $20/hr
Location: Irvine
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and provide general information.
Manage scheduling and coordinate appointments.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Perform general administrative tasks as needed, including filing and data entry.
Ensure office supplies are stocked and organized.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
