Position: Records Management Specialist
Location: Martinez, CA - fully on site
Hours: 4-10 schedule 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Temp until end of May
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective document management strategies to ensure accuracy, completeness, and accessibility of company documents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of document control processes into daily operations
- Provide training and support to employees on document management best practices and procedures
- Analyze and resolve document-related issues and discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and compliance standards, making recommendations for improvements to document control processes as needed
