Our client in Boca Raton is a growing startup specializing in custom promotional products and branding. This is a chance to make an immediate impact and be a part of something BIG from the ground up. We are looking for a high energy, forward thinking, phone savvy individual who loves building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and driving growth. As a Sales Development Representative you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers and plays a critical role in driving growth by setting up meetings or calls for the sales team. You will work alongside the Business Development Director to identify, contact, and qualify potential clients for the company's sales pipeline. Perfect opportunity for someone who is just starting their career with an interest and knack for sales or any sale professionals that are looking to work from home.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead Generation : Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, industry directories, and databases.
  • Outbound Outreach : Conduct cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to connect with potential clients.
  • Qualifying Leads : Use questioning techniques to understand potential clients' needs and determine if they fit the company's product or service.
  • Scheduling Meetings : Book qualified meetings for the sales team and ensure all details are recorded in the CRM.
  • Follow-Ups : Maintain regular follow-up with leads who are not ready to convert but may be in the future.
  • CRM Management : Log all interactions, update records, and ensure the CRM is up-to-date with accurate information.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to share insights and feedback from leads and improve outreach strategies.
  • Performance Metrics : Meet or exceed targets for daily outreach, qualified leads, and scheduled appointments.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong phone presence and the ability to engage potential clients.
  • Confidence in handling objections and navigating conversations with prospects.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and lead qualification.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
  • A self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Preferred Experience :

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or lead generation role, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Familiarity with cold outreach tools or automation platforms.
