The ideal candidate will have 5 years in customer-facing roles with a focus on Account Management, Key Account Management, Client Services, or relevant experience. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail are essential. Experience with customer service programs and CRM software is a plus.
