What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Human Resources Analyst position at Ultimate Staffing?
We are looking for a full-time Senior HR Analyst for our client in the vibrant coastal town of Laguna Beach, CA! This individual MUST have previous experience working in a unionized environment , handling Labor and Employee relations matters such as contract interpretation, grievance resolution, and collective bargaining support; otherwise, will not be considered.
You will have the opportunity to lead impactful HR initiatives, mentor HR professionals, and participate in strategic meetings to enhance the employee experience.
Location : Laguna Beach, CA 92651
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage with employee relations matters , including employee complaints and grievances; conduct or coordinate investigations and implement performance management and discipline procedures.
- Support labor relations matters , including union inquiries, meet and confer activities, policy and MOU interpretation, review, align and create policies.
- Manage classification and compensation activities.
- Oversee benefits and workers' compensation administration.
- Participate in and manage promotional processes for public safety roles.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop HR analysts to achieve their professional best.
- Design and execute strategies to enrich the employee experience for current and future employees.
