A leading fabrication manufacturing company in the San Fernando Valley, CA is seeking a Site Manager to oversee and organize the daily operations of the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and monitor the day-to-day operations of the plant.
- Supervise staff across multiple departments.
- Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resource allocation.
- Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability.
- Evaluate plant performance by analyzing data and metrics.
- Partner with the Safety Manager to maintain and improve the Safety Program, including training, safety walks, safety reviews, and accident investigations.
- Collaborate with the Quality Manager to maintain ISO 9001 and AS9100 registration, including internal audits, procedure reviews, corrective actions, and other related activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in manufacturing, sheet metal, machining, and assembly.
- Strong mechanical engineering background and leadership experience.
- Experience in managing operations, procurement, and customer support.
- Ability to analyze financial data and adjust budgets for operational efficiency.
