SMT Production Supervisor (Electronic Manufacturing)

SUMMARY
The Production Supervisor will oversee all aspects of surface mount operations. Evaluates manufacturing processes, personnel, and equipment. Uses problem solving tools to continually improve processes and eliminate defects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned). Responsible for improvement of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) related processes. This includes the identification and improvement of product quality, process capability, and product reliability. Monitor the SMT process and necessary controls working with production, quality assurance, supervision, and others.
