Senior Human Resources Generalist

• Partner with managers and employees to provide HR guidance on policies, employee relations, and performance management.
• Maintain accurate and compliant employee records, including personnel files, leave administration, and training documentation.
• Lead the onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring a seamless and welcoming transition.
• Manage compliance with employment laws and company policies across multiple locations.
• Assist in workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and employee relations matters.
• Support HR operations, including benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HRIS data accuracy.
• Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, training, and professional development.
  
  

• 5 years of HR experience with a strong foundation in employee relations, compliance, and HR best practices.
• Knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws (experience in a multi-location environment is a plus!).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills-you're a go-to person for employees and leadership.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex HR challenges.
• Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office (experience with Workday is a plus!).
• Passion for fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.
  
  

• Experience in multi-state HR operations.
• HR certifications such as PHR or SPHR.
