SR Human Resource Business Partner

Ultimate Staffing is looking to hire a SR Human Resource Business Partner in Central Houston! Candidates with 3 years please apply ASAP as this is an IMMEDIATE need and interviews are currently underway!

Duties:

• Manage recruiting processes
• Help to define job requirements and attract talent
• Guide staff on questions regarding conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, employee relations, etc.
• Conduct investigations

Requirements:

• 5 years HR experience
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
