Main Responsibilities:
- Maintaining compliance with federal and state employment regulations
- Developing and implementing compensation strategies

- Providing training on payroll/HR procedures
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree or PHR-CA certification preferred
- 5 years of experience in HR/Payroll administration
- Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office Applications
- Experience using HRIS/Payroll Systems; Kronos experience preferred
