Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a leading company in the St. Louis area to find an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join their warehouse and materials team.
Salary: $23-25/hour

Job Description:
The Inventory Management Specialist will be responsible for conducting regular inventory counts, audits, and tracking to maintain accuracy within the warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inventory counts, audits, and tracking to maintain accuracy within the warehouse environment.
- Assist with generating inventory reports and ensure compliance with internal processes.
- Audit inbound shipments to confirm supplier compliance with ordered quantities.
- Perform inventory control scorecard audits focused on safety, organization, and accuracy.
- Work alongside the Inventory Control Manager to ensure adherence to warehouse operations and SOX inventory reporting.
- Input and manage inventory data within the company's inventory management system(s).
- Enforce proper documentation and tracking procedures for all warehouse materials.
- Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts and electric pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory tracking and warehouse operations is required, along with a strong understanding of inventory control processes, safety standards, and compliance.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team are also essential.
