Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Ultimate Staffing. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing timely repair or troubleshooting of semiconductor equipment, including Die Attach, Wire bonders, and other Assembly and Test equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts, maintains, tests and repairs electrical/electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems and components.
- Applies knowledge of electrical/electronics and mechanical principles in determining equipment malfunctions and applies skills in restoring equipment to operation.
- Provides skilled mechanical and electrical/electronic support to all areas of Manufacturing.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of proven experience in the electrical/electronics, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic fields.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Thorough knowledge of electrical/ electronic components and equipment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work any shift and overtime as required.
Work Environment:
The technician will work on a class 10k cleanroom environment.
