- Assist attorneys in the preparation and administration of trust and estate planning documents.
- Conduct thorough research related to estate and tax planning matters.
- Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients regarding the status of their trust and estate matters.
- Prepare and file necessary court documents related to probate and trust administration.
- Assist with the valuation of estate assets and liabilities.
- Support attorneys in drafting legal documents and correspondence.
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
- Experience working with tax preparation and accounting software (e.g., FastTax, ProSystems)
- Paralegal Certificate required.
- Proven experience in trust and estate planning and administration.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in legal research and document management software.
Monday to Friday, first shift.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
