Textile Machine Operator

FULL-TIME POSITION

Textile Machine Operator
Ultimate Textile, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated energetic person, driven to steadily increase productivity and empowered to achieve first-class manufacturing practices.

This position is responsible for the safe and effective operation of assigned continuous textile production machinery utilized by Ultimate Textile, Inc. for the processing of customer fabrics.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2 years manufacturing experience (preferred)

• 2 years machine operating experience (preferred)

• Effective communicator and problem solver

• Ability to work well with other staff and display a positive attitude

• Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and different work environments

• Ability to sit, stand, bend, twist, stretch, reach (above and below waist, and above head), and lift 50 – 70lbs frequently

• Proactive, resourceful and willing to go the extra mile
