King David Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a PT / OT Director of Rehabilitation DOR to fill a full-time, salaried position in our skilled nursing facility. You'll be responsible for the overall supervision, coordination and administration of the facility.

We are looking for a PT / OT Director of Rehabilitation DOR who is solution-oriented, and willing to provide guidance and support when uncertainty arises. Must be well organized and motivated. Previous experience working in a skilled nursing facility is required.
